Hello, my name is Laura Cutrone and I am a registered Social Worker with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I completed my undergraduate degree at York University, where I double majored in Psychology and Sociology. I completed my Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and have provided counselling services to children, teens and adults for 16 years.

I offer accessible and secure counselling services via phone or video, in the comfort of your own home. I work with women experiencing various struggles such as infertility, pregnancy loss, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I further support women undergoing or exploring IVF and surrogacy.

Beyond professional training, my own lived experience of growing up with a disability and facing the complex journey of infertility, pregnancy loss, IVF and surrogacy have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, grief, self-love and hope. I believe these experiences allow me to hold space for your story with genuine empathy, compassion and understanding.

I work from a culturally sensitive, person-centered, strength based, and solution-focused perspective. My approach utilizes evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness-based intervention.
